This colonial property was built in the late 1700 hundreds, Located in the Historical District of
Old San Juan.
Once used as a place of residence by previous Spanish settlers, military command of the Spanish Armada who guarded the nearby Forts.
There is still ambience of years past on the property with traditional European Spanish tiles, stowaway bunkers, cisterns, original wood fired stove, original wood trimmings and doors.

CANCELATION POLICIES
No charge will be applied to guests who cancel at least 72 hours before 18:00 BOT on the day of arrival.
Guests who cancel less than 72 hours before 18:00 BOT on the day of arrival (or do not show up) will be charged 100% of booking amount.

Old San Juan it is complicated for parking. Street parking it is not the best option it can be tricky because some areas are loading or residents only areas. To avoid parking tickets, we recommend our guests to use the nearby parking lots.
UBER and TAXI are good options for transportation.
Prices & Taxes
For confirmation 352 Guest House requires 50% deposit of Room & Taxes rates at time of booking, the other 50% payment will be charge during 72 hours before check in day. All our rates are per room not per person, being the room capacity for two (2) Adults.

The hotel Tourism Room Tax rate is 9%.

Housekeeping
Rooms will be cleaned daily before midday. Towels will be changed every day and bed sheets will be replaced every second night. Hotel does not offer laundry services.
Smoking
NOT permitted to smoke indoors or in rooms balconies. On the rooftop terrace area guests are allowed to smoke as long as the smoke does not disturb other guests.
Rooftop Jacuzzi
Open from midday to midnight.
Security
CCTV Hotel common areas are under 24-hour video surveillance. At check in guests are given an access card to enter building and room. Member of staff stays at the property 24 hours for security purposes and emergencies.

Pets are not allowed in the property.
Service Animals
Service Animals ARE allowed into property. Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Examples of such work or tasks include guiding people who are blind, alerting people who are deaf, pulling a wheelchair, alerting and protecting a person who is having a seizure, reminding a person with mental illness to take prescribed medications, calming a person with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) during an anxiety attack, or performing other duties. Service animals are working animals, not pets. The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person’s disability. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.
